This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders across Europe and other supported regions.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

ZYRON currently ships to most countries within Europe.

Additional international destinations may be available depending on carrier coverage and local regulations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 Business Days

International Locations

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, ZYRON may offer free shipping promotions for selected regions or order values.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For customers located within the European Union, applicable taxes are generally included where required.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the laws of the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


7. DELAYED DELIVERIES

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

ZYRON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If incorrect information is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping costs may apply.

ZYRON cannot guarantee delivery to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.


9. LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact our support team.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.


10. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.


11. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
