Return and Refund Policy

At Zyron Smart Ring, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to proceed.

1. Return period

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition and with the packaging intact.
• You must include proof of purchase.
• Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

3. How to initiate a return

Send an email to returns@zyronring.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

4. Refunds

Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.
